BACKGROUND

20 years experience has given Lynda Ducharme all the skills needed to assist organizations in defining, recruiting and selecting the talent they seek. She spent six years as Senior Manager, Executive Search with Deloitte Consulting and ten years with Spencer Stuart, conducting national and international searches.

Lynda established Ducharme Group in 1998 and collaborates nationally with executive search, research, organizational and human resource consulting professionals.

An active volunteer, she is the current Board Chair for Toronto North Support Services and former Board and Executive Committee Member of the Canadian Mental Health Association in Toronto. As well, she counsels youth through The Learning Partnership, Humber College and the University of Toronto.
