• We will work with our clients until the position is successfully filled.

• Should the final candidate be asked to leave for performance reasons
  within six months of hire, we will return to the market, charging only
  for expenses.

• We will accept only those assignments where we are confident of our
  ability to achieve a successful outcome.

• All information gathered will be held in strict confidence and no
  candidate files will be revealed to clients without prior agreement.

• We work on an exclusive, retained search basis and accept fees only
  from client organizations.
